Responsibilities
- Assist customers and sales representatives by answering questions and providing updates
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Work with production and shipping teams to help ensure orders are completed on time
- Monitor orders and communicate any changes or delays
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records
- Help resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Support the team with reporting and other administrative tasks as needed
- Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, office, or administrative experience is preferred but not required
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in manufacturing, food production, agriculture, or a similar industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience working with customer orders or scheduling is a plus
