Legacy Turkey has a full-time, benefits eligible, career opportunity in the role of 2nd Shift Chill Room Supervisor. This role provides hands-on leadership on the production floor, guiding teams to meet daily safety, quality, and output goals. You’ll play a key part in driving performance, supporting continuous improvement, and building an engaged, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
- Manages team members in attaining production and quality goals.
- Ensures appropriate resources (including materials, equipment, and staffing needs) are available to maintain production schedules.
- Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure that goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service are met.
- Creates and maintains an engaged and team-oriented workforce to improve business results.
- Team Leaders are usually "on their feet" in the production area about 80% of the shift.
Qualifications (Required):
- At least 1 year of leadership experience (shift leader, supervisor, assistant manager, or similar) or an associate degree
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and influence others
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer, now and in the future (no sponsorship required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze situations, make sound decisions, and drive results
- Proven ability to motivate and engage team members while maintaining a positive work environment
