This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s supply chain operations; it also ensures efficient planning, coordination, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining cost-effectiveness, compliance, and high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution
- Ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control systems
- Conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Select carriers and negotiate rates and contracts
- Plan and optimize delivery routes
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and cost control
- Manage schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies
- Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage logistics budgets
- Monitor expenses and optimize operational costs
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Minimum 2 years in logistics or supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
