Starting pay is $0.50 above base pay ($20.10)
Job Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and follow production schedules
- Follow lot changes
- Accurately identify product labels and product destinations
- Understand meat age requirements
- Learn and operate the CAT2 Gun
- Communicate with management regarding production changes
- Support daily production flow and operational needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to work in cold temperatures (32–40 degrees)
- Stand on concrete floors for extended periods
- Lift up to 40 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions including twisting, turning, bending, and reaching
- Wear required PPE including hair net, hard hat, earmuffs, safety glasses, and boots
- Work with large groups of people as part of a team
- Must be able to read and write English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
