Job Responsibilities

• Mix baste solutions for the Packing Department
• Verify solution percentages
• Check baste needles
• Ensure proper machine pressure and correct percentage of baste
• Adjust the baste machine as needed
• Maintain paperwork and documentation
• Complete all required cutboards
• Support daily production flow and production needs

Minimum Qualifications

• Able to read and write English fluently
• Able to read and understand ingredients
• Basic math skills
• Able to read numbers
• Flexible with work and schedule changes
• Able to work independently
• Able to work in a production environment
• Basic math skills required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in production or machine operation preferred
