Job Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment used in turkey product processing lines.
- Follow all safety rules and company procedures while performing job duties.
- Ensure only safe, wholesome, and quality products are produced for customers.
- Perform position-specific duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and work areas.
- Support production goals and work effectively as part of a team.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed.
- Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts.
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 32–40 degrees.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as twisting, turning, and reaching.
- Ability to wear required PPE including hard hat, hair net, arm muffs, safety glasses, boots, and other protective equipment.
- Ability to work with large groups of people in a team environment.
- Ability to perform basic math skills.
- Ability to complete light maintenance work.
